Turret Punching / Sheet Metal Punching
Our experts can carry-out punching and press work on any type of metal sheet. This is perfect for cost-effective metal forming. Our workshop is equipped with:
- 20-tonne punching capacity
- 3 auto index station
- Sheet size (1525x 3050 mm maximum)
Metal Bending and Rolling
We create tight radius bends on metal sheets without any wrinkles or deformations. Letchford Engineering offers both CNC metal rolling and manual rolling and bending. Our workshop is capable of:
- Plate and sheet metal rolling from 10 mm up to 1250 mm in width
- Press brake CNC 6-axis multi-folding from 6 mm up to 3050 mm in width
